The cost of services is due at the time of your appointment. Please bring cash or a valid credit card. We accept all major credit cards, Care Credit, Cherry as well as HSA cards.
In respecting everyone’s valuable time, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we require two full days’ notice (which does not include the day of your appointment). If you do not show, or if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than two full days’ notice (not including the day of your appointment), you will be charged a $50 fee to compensate us for the time we have set aside. Multiple infractions may result in termination from the practice.
If you paid a deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment, you will forfeit that deposit.
Package Policy
Treatment Package Expiration: We provide package pricing for services for our clients to receive the best results following a recommended timeline. All treatment packages expire 1 year from purchase (unless otherwise stated). When a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment during a series, credit of unused portion up to 3 months past purchase date (based on the discounted package price) may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by the Med Spa. After 3 months no credit is issued.
